Whistleblowing Policy

Analisi SpA has chosen to adopt a policy that encourages people to report issues, in compliance with current European Whistleblowing laws and regulations, in observance of the guidelines contained in Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, concerning "Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019, regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions."

Reports can be made by those who believe they have become aware of unlawful behaviour or, in any case, censurable conduct during the course of their work activity.
